MOSCOW INTERNATIONAL JIU-JITSU TOURNAMENT “FOTO.RU OPEN 2011”
Moscow International Jiu-Jitsu tournament FOTO.RU OPEN 2011 was held in Moscow on 19-20th of February, 2011. This tournament was founded in 2004 and every year it hosts a lot of best Russian and European competitors. In 2011 the tournament became one of the tournaments of the European Challenge Cup under the supervision of European Jiu-Jitsu Union. The organizers of the tournament are Moscow Jiu-Jitsu Federation, Russian Jiu-Jitsu Federation and company FOTO.RU. The venue of the tournament is famous sports hall “Izmaylovo” – the host of Olympics 1980. This year in the tournament took part 138 competitors from 10 countries and 13 teams of Russian regions. We could see on tatami best world competitors of 2010, World and Sportaccord Combat Games champions and prizewinners, such as:

The main prizes for the winners of the tournament are prepared by company FOTO.RU and Casio, additional prizes were provided by company Eurofarmsport. Special nominations from the name of International Association of Marital Arts SEIKAI JUDOKAI “For the best techniques” were awarded to Pavel Korzhavykh (Russia) and Aurore Perea (France) and “Fair play prize” went to Salman Salimof (Azerbaijan) and Lyutsia Tuktarova (Russia) .
